1. Scan copy of 10th or 12th,plus passport scan
2. We will receive invitation letter from university( within 10 days)
3. On scan copy of invitation stampping same day from new delhi.
6. Pay fees 4500$ collect passport and fly to kaliningrad.
7. College representative will come to receive student on kaliningrad airport
8. Within 7 days candidate will have 1 year residence card
